I had posted this in the videography part for thoughts on filming and such but figured I'd share it here as well just to share the story: Haven't even got around to writing the text version of the story but I have compiled a full length video telling the story. Video includes footage from the actual hunt, moments captured on trail camera (video mode) seconds before the shot, trail cam pics and trophy harvest photos. I cannot wait to have a full fledge camera filming set up for the tree next year and a computer than can actually handle video editing software better and more capable than Movie Maker...lol. Oh well hopefully at minimum it entertains you over a boring lunch break or something. Like I say in the video...he may not be the biggest buck I've taken nor the biggest that was on my list this year...but oh how sweet it tastes to have taken him on ground I own. Please let me know thoughts and constructive criticism. Couple things I know already: -Tree stand interview was shaky...especially the after shot ones lol kinda of understandable. A mounted arm or holder would eliminate this from happening. -LEARN to put new batteries in the Epic Camera! -Video the recovery....complete brain fart there....would have been neat to have that approach and discussion right then and there.
