Curious if anyone has ever seen or tried StormKloth II clothing? I was at BPS today and they have the waterproof coat and pants on sale. I really liked the look and material and the price seemed real good. I really could use some waterproof gear this year and am really considering this. Any comments would be appreciated!

Well I guess I am the only one to have seen these so far! Hey Mobow--- You work at BPS. What is your opinion?

I have two BPS right by my house. I also have 2 Ganders and a Cabelas. But I think that BPS is the only one that carries this clothing line.

On a seperate note did you get the pm I sent you about ice fishing?

Hey MO! Since you work at BPS I am sure that you have gotten some feedback on this line by now. Especially since they had a sale on it 2 weeks ago. Any comments?

I looked at them last time I went and really liked them. They seem to only carry 1 of the jackets and pants but they are priced great and seem to be really waterproof. Which is something that I need. Just not sure they are worth it yet.

Well the price was one of the items that caught my eye about this set. The coat was like $60 some and the pants were in the $50 range if I remember right.

I tried on the jacket today. That stuff is sweet. It looks like really good quality threads, and they seem totally waterproof. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if I was looking for raingear. If I was in the market for some, this would definatly be a serious option.

And yes, BP is the only on that carries it. It is a RedHead brand I believe.

I looked at it again today when I was at BPS. I didn't see it as RedHead branded but I was looking at the website and it does appear to be sold through BPS only.

Yep your right. It's not RedHead but it is a BP exclusive.

I liked the hood on it. It wasn't bulky like all those other big jackets, but it still got your head completely covered.

I am going to go pick up a set this week. Looks like we are possibly getting some rain this weekend and I don't have any rain gear. Will give you a review next week!

Well I guess my review is going to have to wait. I went to Bass Pro today to pick up the gear but they were out of my size.

Well I did confirm that they are 50% off at Bass Pro. I actually drove an hour to a store yesterday and only walked away with the jacket. Unfortunitly they didn't have my pant size in stock. Hopefully I can track one down! Will be giving it a test this afternoon when I get out!

I was able to put the jacket to the test last weekend. Winds were blowing in excess of 20 mph and temps in the upper 20's! Jacket worked great. Kept me real warm and definetly water proof.

I got Bass Pro to transfer a pair of pants for me so I get to go pick them up tomorrow. Can't wait to get out and they them out!
