I'm going to make venison stir fry tonight. Should I use the tenderloin or the steak?

I've seen recipes for both. What will be best?

Well, I ended up using steak. Turned out very nice. This was a young deer, so the meat was tender. I ended up cutting the pieces a little small and it got a little drier than I would've liked, that wouldn't have been an issue with the tenderloin, but it was still a good meal. No left overs. Everybody gobbled it up.

What spices/veggies did you use for your stir fry?
