    Just got home, I can't believe the work this man has put into finding this deer. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but with the little bit of blood and a 24 hour old trail ruger just wasn't interested. You'll get em next time.

    Yeah, I've been bouncing around quite a bit. Haven't set up in the same spot more than once. Might try to go a little further back, plus Ruger pointed out a good spot across the creek while we were tracking.

    Redz... I was reading the thread and rootin' for ya!!! Then you said Seneca Creek State Park.. Man, I lived in Maryland for a year and hutned it with a friend who lived in Rockville and Fredrick.. I have hunted those woods !! And know where the creek is !! Man, that was way to close to home reading all this !!! I sent a few prayers for ya and for the future as well.. Hang in there !! You will be rewarded for the effort.. Some would have stopped when they could not find the arrow...

    And then next one will probably be BONE and fall within sight !!!!

    Well Redz, I'm disappointed. I was there with you shortly after the shot, and with you the next morning for the track job. I'm just sorry we couldn't find her. Keep at it, remember to breath and watch the arrow hit the mark. It's much easier to track when they fall within sight.;)
