They are bad with backordered items. If it's backordered, I just call and have them cancel it. Otherwise, I don't have too much of a problem with them.
Interesting thread. After reading it though I don't forsee myself ordering anything from them. Customer service in my opinion is extremely important. For example, this will be my 3rd bushnell camera after 2 have broken. The first was well out of warranty but instead of fixing it they sent me a brand new $200 cam (the one i sent was the $90 wal-mart special). The new one had an issue with the sensor so they replaced it no questions asked. I'd def buy another bushnell product and obviously recommend other people do.
