    Hey guys,
So I currently have 4 lone wolf sticks but during the early season I typically would only use 3. Now i'm the type of guy that likes to go in as light as possible so i've been watching some youtube videos and saw a few guys who make a rope or webbing 2 step aider to loop on the bottom of their first stick to get up higher but not have to take a stick.

Question i have is..... Does any company make a commercially made 2 step light weight aider that I could use on my lone wolf sticks or am i better off buying some camo Climber webbing from REI and making one myself?
I figured if i had an aider especially for early season I could probably get away with only have 2 lone wolf sticks using the aider on the first stick and still get high enough to hunt being you typically dont have to get that high early season with all the foliage.

    Thoughts?

I use a four step aider only on my first stick which I place as high as I possibly can. I then run my other sticks without aiders. So far all the double and single aiders I have seen used have been DYI jobs with webbing. The single commercial made aiders I have seen cost about the same a four or five step job. If your willing the to pay the expense I can't see why you couldn't four four step aiders and cut them down.

That's exactly what I wanna do. Just use a aider on my first stick. Put it up as high as I can get it. Just not sure the best route to take as far as either buying something or making one. Suggestions?

Ok in that case it's easy. Buy one. Start with a three step stick like a muddy ect, then add a rope mod for an attachment. Reason being is that you can get it placed higher on the tree buy flipping the rope up say twice. At that point the middle step will be about as high as you can reach you arms up.
Clip the aider to an anchor at the middle and you good to go.
Below is the link to the aider I have. There are others that work just as well I am sure. If you'd like you can even save space and weight by cutting last step or two off.
