Has anybody used the STC P-12 from stealth cam if so how the picture quality and trigger speed? Are the night pics good? Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
I know the price point might be tempting, but I'd suggest going right to the G series. They have been performing great for me thus far!
Their numbers are way down and I usually don't set a cam up for them. Though, I'd like to put a few moose specific ones out this summer.
Fitz I have to agree with Ky Bob . I think the Stealth G42's are by far the best cam out there. Not just for the price , but the best quality vids and pics out of any cams I own now or have owned in the past. I have over 30 cams in all consisting of Bushnells , Uway , Moultrie, Spypoint ,Reconyx, including 7 Coverts. I amost hate to say anything about Covert cameras cause this site is full of covert prostaffers , but I am replacing every covert as they break or fill with water which seems to be very often, with the Stealth G42's. I am just amazed at the quality of the Stealth G42's in both pics and vids. I had 5-6 other Stealths a few years back. They all worked well. But eating batteries was always an issue. I am gone on business alot and sometimes for weeks at a time. That issue has apparently been solved with these new cams. One of the G42's has reached over 17,000 pics in the last 2 months with lithium batteries and still had plenty of juice left. But I changed the batteries anyway because I know I will be gone for the next 2 weeks.
