I've struggled with this too, especially my feet. To help keep my feet warm I've started using 2 toe warmers per foot. One on top and one under my toes. They'll will eventually get cold but not nearly as quick and so I'm able stay in my stand longer.

I always do a little sitting workout by clenching up certain muscle groups. If you get really chilly throw your rain gear on and do it but don't sweat. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
