Well my wife and I have been trying for awhile and when we hit Feb, March, & April this year I told her I thought we should take a break. When she found out why she didn't find it all that funny. LOL In all seriousness congrats to both of you. Now just go drop a couple big bucks to help commemorate their births.
Good luck to you and your wife. My wife and I went 2 1/2 years trying to have number 2. I understand the frustration. We gave up and decided to adopt. Halfway the adoption process, surprise! Since then we have met Many people who told us they didn't get pregnant until after committing to adopting. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Funny how that stuff happens like that. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Props to you for considering adoption! I have a 12 year old daughter with my ex wife, and have been with my wife for 7 years. We decided to lay off of the birth control and let nature take its course thinking it would be a few months...2 weeks later haha
Season opener next weekend in Ohio. still a little warm but I should be able to tag a doe pretty early if I want. I will more than likely just Hunt buck and keep the doe coming in for food and to use as live bait. I'll wait until it gets cold to harvest a doe or a few
Where I am at in Indiana the forecast is mid 60's as a high with lows in the upper 40's. Should be a decent opening weekend compared to past years. I hope to get a doe on the ground in the first couple days and then it's all about the bucks. I would also like to take a nice doe in late November or early December to have the hide tanned.
Hunted last Sunday afternoon and going out this afternoon. Sent from my XT1650 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I stayed home this morning. My son and wife came home from the hospital yesterday afternoon but we have to go back for a follow up test to make sure he is stable. I may try to go tomorrow morning. High is 89 today so no afternoon hunt. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Supposed to be 87 here today. It was 95 here yesterday, but cooled off nicely late afternoon. Plan is to sneak down a small creek/drainage ditch and then down the larger creek and check my camera at the creek crossing. If that 5x7 or any other mature buck is crossing then I will hunt there. Otherwise I will back out and look for a crossing spot by oaks. This next week should be pretty good with the temps dropping down to the low 60's.
