But based on what we now know it appears that people in the highest levels of the previous administration conspired to initiate an illegal investigation into the incoming administration. Comey admitted to doing so. Yes, I am partisan. But the law is the law and justice should be blind; which is why we were founded not as a nation of men but of laws. I would feel the exact same way if I learned that the current administration initiated illegal wire taps on Hillary and the DNC based on PizzaGate rumors "validated" by Alex Jones, Michael Savage, and NewsMax and secretly paid for by the RNC, Koch Bros and Trump Inc. The fact remains that the previous administration corrupted and weaponized every cabinet department it could (EPA, Treasury, DOI, DIA, and finally the DOJ) and marginalized and demonized those it could not (DHS, most of DoD) and even CREATED a new Cabinet level administration (CPA) expressly designed and chartered to shake down any corporate entity that didn't Bend the Knee. By far, THE most corrupt administration in the history of our country.

I know that when I was a kid, every pond and lake around here was full of frogs and crayfish. Today, very few if any crayfish anywhere and the frogs are only in ponds that are away from ag field runoff. I don't think its a coincidence. I know that in the past, whenever I would email my Congressmen, I would receive some form of reply. When I ask them why our local cancer rates are so high and wonder about the safety of our drinking water, I get absolutely zip for response. Nothing. In my opinion, that tells me that the truth would be way too expensive.

Scare tactics in the sense that they would cut off funding for cancer.....have no doubt something like Round Up is carcinogenic.
Oh jeeze, lets go around to food labels and look at the additives and preservatives that have been alleged to cause cancer and any number of other things. For each one there are studies showing they test positive as a causal agent and then just as many studies that show they don't...which one's do you buy? Any ag chemicals can be dangerous for sure and they may be contributing to the cancer problem but I think most of this crap about roundup is a bunch of overblown BS. Liberals hate big ag...unless it's their own big ag. They hate it that big ag is feeding the world population which they see as a problem and want to stop. They want to see all farmers broke and food grown by a peasant class that liberals own. That's all it's about. The EU labeled RU a "probably carcinogenic" because they couldn't prove it was and they tried...oh how they've tried. When that failed they resorted to labeling it probably carcinogenic without proof. The crazy a**ed liberals here were right behind them as always. Sooner or later the liberals will buy a lab powerful enough to find a direct link (read that as "make up" a direct link). Here's a clue for all the anti roundup people. The older chemicals farmers will go back to are way more dangerous than roundup. Some were ingredients in agent orange.

The media finding people to say Trump shutting down the Gov't unless he gets the funding for the wall is deplorable. Really? Trump offered DACA to get funding and approval yet no give on securing the border.
I think people are catching on that a shutdown has very little impact on their day to day lives. Especially short term. Other than USG employees not getting paid on time, people barely notice (unless you pull an Obama and weaponize it by making it as painful as possible.) Looks like the Senate is moving forward divorcing any immigration reform topics (inc. the wall) from the budget. They're working on a 2 year plan which would be nice rather than running into the same buzzsaw right before the midterm 2018 elections. Unless expressly forbidden in the budget, the executive branch could always move funding around within the DHS/DOD budget to cover the initial costs of the wall. $12-15 billion is a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things...None of the wall talk really matters short term anyway- any wall construction will be hung up in the courts (California already filed lawsuit) for months/years.
