Can not imagine who would have taken that shot. Go back a few pages.

Aww, come on Atlas, there are guides that will help you out a lot cheaper than that.

We both know what I am asking you, I have only asked you three times now. Are you here to discuss these topics or play hide and seek when someone asks you a question that you cannot answer?

One trip will never guarentee you anything..........weather, and many circumstances out of your control could shut you out any given year. I had to leave Illinois a day and a half early because my dog almost died and needed surgery. You just never know.

To cover as many big buck states as you could and hitting the rut in multiple states would cost you plenty of cash...........probably 30-40 grand per year (more if you included Canada).

I personally know a guy who planned on doing this for 5 years straight. After 2 years he had 5 deer all over 140" the top being 183". He moved on to hunting different game instead.

Is buying shot opportunites through outfitters just as good as doing it yourself?

Yeah I guess this could happen to anyone in any state, in any season. (Even if they were a resident)

I would rather have you stand by your bold insult from a few posts ago and put your money where your mouth is..............or just admit you were wrong.

I will video tape all my hunts if you wish as well.............and we can post the results right here for all to see.

Surely you don't think I could just step out and kill a 140" buck next year...........after all, I have never done it in my life.

I wasn't asking about him, I was asking your opinion.

I never said that I didn't think that you could get on a big buck. In fact, I hope that you do. You have me pegged all wrong if you think otherwise.

I thought we were talking about a person challenging themselves in their own unique hunting envinronment?

How many levels of categorizing hunters/feats are there?

I am not categorizing anyone. Only asking him a question from a post of his.

We were. Once outfitters were brought up that is why I asked him the question I did.
