Ah, Stan's a good dude. Some people don't like his "Give me a minute" shtick, but if you put that aside he's a nice guy and knows a lot about killing big bucks.

So who would you be excited to go see? Anyone?

Saw him do a presentation at an outdoor show in Woodstock, IL. Thank God they gave the 4 of us who attended our money back as we walked out the door!! J/K Justin! Actually, it is how I found out about BH.com.

As for Stan the man, I will not be driving down to Hoffman Estates, but instead saving that gas money for hunting this Fall. I will say I kinda enjoy his energy with hunting them wiley whitetails.

Mike, I have avoided that Cabelas since they moved all of the second floor items and smashed them into the 1st floor. Selection really got poor after that I thought. If I go to Cabelas I head up to just north of Milwaukee. It takes me that same amount of time to get there yet the selection is better and the tax rate is half.

Stan can't control his composure and has no patience when it comes to taking the shot. I cant stand that about him.

I'm sure he knows a lot about whitetail hunting and I'm sure he is a really nice guy, but he product pushes way too much, and he also represents all hunters when he's on tv, so when he says something that is offensive to the anti-hunters, thats just more fuel to the fire.

I've never heard him say anything offensive and he has to push products, it's his job.
I like Stan, he knows his stuff.

I would love to meet him. I love watching him hunt. But he is in the hunting "business" they are paying him to say, try these broadheads or these matthews bows...or whatever, you catch my drift

I do not enjoy him. Not saying he's not a nice guy, I just would rather watch something else.

I don't mind Stan. Just don't like the guys on tv hunting at an outfitters and then trying to pass off being the one that did the work.

Prefer the earlier Primetime Bucks videos with Stan in them. Maybe because I was younger or because he was more believable back then to me.

You can only give him so many minutes :)

I like Stan. He would be about the only celebrity I would drive a few mile out of my way to see if I was in the area. I wouldn't make a special trip for anyone... period. Just not my thing.
