How much difference can changing a stabilizer make ? I'm a huge Limbsaver fan for rifle products, so I can't help but want to try one of their Stabilizers. My bow has a small Vibracheck on it.

some bow are way louder when not using one or have a crappy one. for a cheap one that is pretty good, go with the limbsaver x-coil. got mine for $18 shipped

it depends. do you want a stabilizer to stabilize your bow during and post shot, are are you just looking for noise reduction?
its pretty hard to argue with the octanes for quieting things down, and pretty good stabilization, but if you want legit stabilization b-stinger or smooth stability stabilizers are pretty hard to beat

I did swap mine out to a Limbsaver X-Coil as Headstrong suggested. My bow is VERY quiet now, but I understand the Octane's were quiet from the start.
