Just wondering what stabilizers you all use and what you've had success with. Thanks in advance for the info~

The best I have used to date is the Stealth Stabilizer, you can check them out at www.stealtharchery.com They are a little heavier than most other stabilizers on the market but they really reduce noise and vibration, and that extra weight helps to stabilize the bow. I have a Octane stabilizer on order, and I look forward to testing it out when it arrives. I have had positive results from the Doinker line-up as well, but they are heavy, and for that weight, they don't do as good of a job on noise/vibration reduction as the Stealth line-up. I have also used Carbon Impact, Hi-Tek, CAP Lore, Simms, ect... and while all work, they don't stand up to the Stealth or the Doinkers IMO.

Depends on whether you want stabilization/vibration dampening or both. I just put on a new stabilizer that's new to the market. It's made by a member on AT called Xtreme Archery. It's very well made, and the adjustable weight system really lets you customize your balance point. He includes a Bowjax suppressor on the shaft as well to help with dampening, but I feel this stabilizer is geared much more toward stabilization than anything. I will be doing a full review of it on here in a few days after I get more time to play with it.

However, for a pure hunting standpoint, I like the Octane and Fuse lines.

As others have stated, there are a bunch of good stabs on the market. I like the products that Dead Center Archery (www.deadcenterarchery.com) is putting out. Posten stabs are a very nice custom stab as well. As far your "over the counter" stabs go, I like the Fuse and Doinker makes a very good stab. It really depends on what you are looking for. Some want a stab with some extra weight, I shoot a Hoyt so wieght is not an issue for me. It is that same as looking for a bow, take some time and look at a bunch of different products and go with whatever product that provides you with everything you are looking for.

I used a ACAD Stabilizer this past season and it worked well. But since then I have decided to update all my bow accessories to be all black so I purchased an 11" black Octane. [Just something about the camo not matching rubbed me the wrong way. ] Anyway so far I like the Octane better.

Not a big stabilizer guy, I just use the Simms S-coil. But I'm thinking of picking up the new X-coil for my other bow & see how it works.

I have the extra long version of Simms Modular system and I really like it.
It is completely customizable how long you want it,and where the mods are. Not very many stabilizers give you that much control and flexibility.
My tip is the more weight out front the better for a steadier hold.

Currently on my bows I have a 11.5" Octane, 11.5" Doinker, 12" Super Stix, 12" Axium and a 30" (I think) Easton. They all suit my needs. I'm likely going to purchase a second Octane for an Air Raid.

I took the B-Stinger challenge and am completely satisfied. No other stablizer I've tried steadies the pin like the stinger. Accuracy instantly improved. 3 arrows after screwing it on and got a RH.
