I have a question in regards to stabilizers helping to improve accuracy. I have been out of archery for 15 years and just got back into shooting. My form is starting to come back around but I have a hell of a time with my pin floating around when aiming. My question is will a longer stabilizer help? I am shooting a z7 extreme with a 3" axion stabilizer. Thanks for the help.
A longer stabilizer would definately help you out. An 8 or 10 inch would be good for hunting. Just make sure you get a stabilizer that allows you to get most of the weight out towards the end. You can check ours out at www.centerpunchstabilizers.com
ive been shooting with the octane 11.5" piston style stabilizer. it has definatley shrunk my groups. it might just be me, but i believe it helps to calm down the "float" of the pins. especially at longer ranges. or check these out, http://www.fuelthehunt.com/stabilizers.php
I agree with this....a few to try that I like are: B-Stinger Octane 11.5in. is the length I prefer over their shorter model. Doinker Dish(I'm shooting the 12in. model this year)
