how do you know what size stabilzer to go with. Im shooting hoyt vector 35 at 54lbs. I am looking at the fuse carbon blade. either a 6.5inch at 4.6oz or 8.5in at 4.8oz. i dont think i would need a 10in. i will probably be use it for 3d / paper shooting, nothing crazy like tournments, and then for bowhunting season. Is the longer better for stabilzing?

I think they just make your bow cool and stop a little vibration? This is a good question for me also?

If at all possible go to a shop where you can try them out! The longer stabilizers will slow the sway of the bow down a bit but too long just gets in the way for hunting.
