Anyone else addicted to this hot sauce/crack? Ever since I started 'using', I find most food boring unless I add some sriracha. I keep a bottle on my desk at work, because every food is better with sriracha on it. I think I may have a problem. Am I alone here? If you like hot sauce and haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and grab a bottle.

I had subways version. A little hot for me. I prefer Franks.

It has replaced ketchup at our house. A staple in our fridge for several years. Will buy stock if it goes public.

It's all heat, no flavor IMO.

I find it just the opposite, its one of the more flavorful hot sauces out there. To me, its like a spicey catsup.

Care to share a recipe? I've never been keen to Bloody Mary's, but if it involves sriracha, I'm game.

I consume plenty of it and have for years, but I've also been a chilehead for years.

The batch of PT's jerky marinade I made recently had 1 cup of it. Tasting the marinade after cooking, I was a little worried. Not for me but for others that don't like so much heat. The heat mellowed after the jerky dried to a moderate but building & lingering heat. It added great flavor too!

I love it. I am really a wimp when it comes to heat too. I think it is all flavor. My fav is putting it on a fired egg sammich.
