Just made and ate 2 big bowls of squirrel stew.
    1) par boil squirrels 5 or 6. I like to put them in a pressure cooker for about 25 minutes it's quicker.
    2) pour of excess water then add 2 cans of tomato sauce and vegetables that you like. I used 1 green pepper diced, 1 onion diced, 1 can green beans, 1 can corn, 2 cans white potatoes or fresh. 1 can kidney beans.
    3) season to taste. I like salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf.
Cook for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker or around 45 or so on stove top.
A big piece of fresh bread and some beer and you're good to go!
If you have the time you can pick out the bones after par boiling but before adding other ingriedients, I don't.
