    Im looking to take advantage of the military discount from Spot Hogg and was thinking of going all out and buying a 5 pin Hogg Father setup. does anybody have any experience with this sight. Pro's and Cons.

    Spot Hogg is a quality sight no doubt, but the Hogg Father seems a little too gimmicky for me. I don't think you would have the time to adjust the sight when you have a deer closing in on you. You would have to range the deer and then adjust the sight. Too much movement. Stick to their fixed pin sights. Just my humble opinion.

    I just received a real deal sight about 2 weeks ago great sight!!!!! Micro adjust and very well built. Easy and quick adjustments. I would look at the real deal for a hunting sight. Target stuff different, but the real deal built very well, the 3rd axis adjustment IMO not needed for hunting out to 40 yrds. On a well machined sight anyhow.
