I shot a deer Friday afternoon at about 330. I didn't feel like it was a great shot so left him overnight and found him at 8 the next morning. At the time of the shot it was mid 40s and at 7 the next morning when I left to go look it was 28 degrees. Cleaned deer right away and brought it to the locker. They asked me about my hunt and when they found out deer was left overnight they refused it because they said the meat was likely spoiled. Thoughts on if the meat is good yet? I don't see any discoloration or any unusual odors.
