I am shooting a 09 BlackIce with a 28'' draw @ 56lbs. My arrows are 27'' Maxima 250s with 50 gr brass inserts,100 gr heads and fletched with 3 4'' feathers. If I want to go to 60 lbs would I need 350s with the 50 gr inserts?

    Thanks.

Probably not. I've found that the brass inserts are typically long enough that they effectively shorten the dynamic spine length of the arrow shaft (they stop the last 1-2" of shaft from bending) enough to negate the added weight's effect on spine. It's a small change so try it and see. You can always go back.
