I have no ghost stories but would love to encounter some paranormal $hit. It's one of those things that I have to "see" to believe. Kinda like bigfoot or mountain lions running around my neck of the woods.
YeahI'm not 100% convinced myself. I'd like to go do a walkthrough somewhere that's supposed to be VERY active and see what I can experience. Both my "paranormal" personal experiences were just that. They were definitally out of the ordinary but neither left me with a solid belief in ghosts or residuals or whatever.
Many North American animals eyes glow green even under low light. Now I love paranormal stories and believe them but that could explain this phenomenon of green eyes
I have quite a few.... When I was about 10, maternal grandmother visited me. We had moved a lot as a kid but my mom and her new husband were living in a house on the lot my grandmother last visited us. I was dead asleep, felt my bed sink as if someone was sitting on it so I opened my eyes and there she was. I asked her several times what she wanted and she finally got up, (I felt my bed rise again), and I followed her out of my room. She disappeared at my newborn brothers room, and as I went to tell my mom (who didn't believe me in the middle of the night) my brother started screaming. Several months later, as he started talking he would talk himself to sleep. He used to often tell his "grandma"' to go away...that was odd and was when my mother started believing me because he didn't call anyone "grandma" and my maternal grandmother only allowed me to call her "grandma". A lot of weird things have happened to my mom....I'll have to take time to write them. We're both very intuitive people and I think my 3 year old has acquired that as well. He constantly talks to his sister, about his sister and even introduces strangers to his sister...he has no sister. He really believes she's there and even asks us to make her drinks. I would chalk that up to an imaginary friend if there weren't others. He tells me (and Doug) to pick her up from daycare, took Doug to her house one day and was absolutely certain that she was home and wanted Doug to knock on the door. He says that I'm not her mommy though, she has a different one, she won't tell him her name, but she's nice. He's seen a little girl crying who poked her eye out. (My paternal grandmother who's house we live in) had a cousin that as a young girl had her eye poked out with a wood stove tool. Creepy! He isn't afraid of the dark but one night he jumped off the couch, slammed the door, and told me there was an old man outside at the door. There has also been a mean man in our van who he talked to & communicated with. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
You guys need to get off the fungus....:D Though I've never experienced anything, I think I want to...? I've enjoyed reading these stories early in the evening with plenty of daylight left... :D I have plenty of Family members including my mother, who have had things happen to them, things they just don't forget...
No ghosts stories here and no beleif in them, The dead ones cant hurt you . Its the live ones you need to worry about
Of my 4 kids, she is the only one we've experienced anything like that, and it has only been a couple times. The less the better in my opinion. It is pretty creepy.
Lol. For one, no fungus here, for two i dont drink that much. For three im not a religous person. Four, the green eyes thing was the same for her story and mine. They were like brite lime green. Say like on the bone collector stuff. Also, on my aunts story, i cant think of any animals standing at a humans height with glowing eyes. We dont even have bears around here. You mean, considering the fact that it is impossible to have a clock read 666? I would have to agree. Sounds like the stuff from a movie.
Ive seen a hundred dead bodies and never once had one talk to me, come visit me or even show up in my dreams. And yet these stories about your guys children/childhood freak me out... Sent from my SCH-I510 using Tapatalk 2
Just wait until your kid projectile vomits all over something looking like the girl from the exorcist.
My mother used to tell a story of my dad and a couple others going to a "haunted" cemetery when they were young men. (My dad passed away at 28 so they were pretty young) there was supposedly a grave you could put a cigarette on the grave and it would look like it was being smoked. When they were searching for the grave , the engine on the car they had driven started reving up and the lights were flashing on and off. My mother said when they came in the house later that evening that she could tell something happened and even commented that they looked like they had seen a ghost.:what: The car was checked out and nothing was wrong with it. I remeber as a child of 10 or 12 my dad visiting me in my room at night. I was 3 when he passed. He would just stand at the foot of my bed abd let me talk to him. I don't know if it was real or the overactive imagination of a child searching for something he desperately needed, but at the time, it was real. sent from my samsung note 2

We moved to Colorado when I was 16. When we got there we lived with my aunt and uncle for 2 months while dad got a job and looked for a house. After a week or two things started showing up on the walls. It looks like someone had a red, green, purple, and blue crayon in-between their fingers and just made little 3 inch lines. Mind you this house had cathedral ceilings also. Everywhere you look these markings were there. When the two months was up my aunt and uncle actually bought the house across the road. The day they moved the markings went with them. To this day there is no more marking on my dads walls and my uncles are full of them. My uncle said he has seen his late grandfather sitting on the ground marking on the walls several times now. Pretty weird use to freak me out! I've never seen him write on the walls but I can say 100% that those marks were and still are there.
Wow I love these stories!! Wish I had an experience of a similar nature to share. I had a what I consider a "UFO" experience once. I'll start a different thread for that story as to not sideline this awesome thread.
Do the families of the recently deceased ever tell you that the person who just died started talking to someone who has been dead for years just before they died? That is a pretty common experience for me as a pastor. My father in law started talking to a friend named Jan who had died about a year earlier in motorcycle accident. He also talked to someone else but I can't remember who it was. He died later that night.
Actually...yes. Alot of lifting arms and talking about "the light" too. You can tell when an elderly person is about to pass away because they will often warn you quite calmly that they have had enough and are gonna go. Sent from my SCH-I510 using Tapatalk 2
I have had one experience when I was 5. I was sleeping and awoke to three people standing across my bedroom, two women and one guy. The guy had a black top hat and a black suit with very long tails on it. He also had a big mustache. One women was wearing a pink dress and the other a blue. They both had the butt baskets ( no idea what their called) that women often wore in the 1900's. They had brown hair that was done up on top of their heads. I just sat up looking at them and then they all all turned around to face me. I tore off "through" them and into my parents room. Still creeps me out when I tell anyone about it.
