Spin off the Bucket List Thread- What have you alrready crossed off your bucket list?

What big things did you once have on your bucket list that you have already crossed off?

1. Attend the Rose Bowl
2. Buy Land and have a cabin

That is it for me.

 

Other than small stuff, (hunting related).... Nothing.

Time to start

- run marathon
- I'm 3/4 done with the grand slam (turkey)
- become awesome

 

-Visited Hawaii
-*going elk hunting this fall
-Had lunch with JZ...

 

... nice

 

-Bungee jumping
-Parasailing
-Worked on a Lobster boat

Those are the only ones I've done thus far. Still plenty of check offs to make. Now if I could just move back to Alaska now that I'm older I would be able to check off a lot them. Haha

 

Yet to accomplish:

100 pound Tarpon
Bull Elk with a bow
Bear with a bow
Pronghorn with a bow

In work but not completed yet:

Perfect marriage.
Son, living a well disciplined, successful, happy and holy life.

Checked off:

Rangerboat... Not nearly as great as I envisioned.
Going home. I found out home is where you hang your hat.
Over ten pound bass... put her back without even taking a picture.
Bunches of big bucks... horns thrown in a bucket in the barn.

The things in the bucket aren't nearly as exciting once checked off. The journey getting there is a blast.

 

- Marriage to an amazing woman
- Wonderful family with said woman
- Kill 180"+ whitetail
- Spot and stalk black bear

 

Raising 2 great kids
Killed a P&Y class whitetail off the ground with my bow
Caught an 8lb bass
Survived what should have been 2 fatal car accidents
I've been blessed, hope life keeps getting better

 

wife of 29 years and counting
raised 2 sons
shot caribou and a russain boar
hunted nh ma me vt ny and canada for waterfowl

 

I'd have to think about it, but the one thing I can think of is seeing the Bears and Packers at Lambeau Field.

 

1. Yellowstone.
2. Obtain Masters Degree.

 

Get serious about living a Godly life.
Bought and a home and paid it off.
Traveled to Europe. Several times now.
Work for myself. Own a small corp. now and not working crazy hours anymore.
Have a wonderful marriage.
Put on some muscle. Grew up very skinny.
Have a little nest egg finally.

Becoming a father
Kill a 150+ buck
Turkey with a bow
Hog with a bow

Just once though.

 

I'll add:

- have sex with hot chicks

I'm sure it was on my bucket list at some point in my life.

 

And every other heterosexual adolescent male on earth.

My biggest goal in life up until this point has been to finish my education. Im 2 weeks away from that.

Then the doors open up.

 

Fight mixed martial arts fights
Kill a deer with a recurve
Become a police officer

 

Elk Hunt
Alaska
Hawaii
Have my own land to hunt.
