Looks like fun! Always wanted to try it! I have some friends that spear for Walleye, but its too expensive of a hobby for me to add to my other expensive hobbies.
pretty sweet! i'll post one on here of my buddy's brother same general area. they leave from Venice, LA. right now is good cause its shripmin' season and if you get behind the shrimp boat and chum the tuna think they are catching the overflo from the shrimp boats! just look out for the Makos!!!!!!!!!! how far are yall free diving???? heard pretty deep... 3-4min holding breath???? WOW!!!!!!
yea venice is perfect for tuna right about now...We free dive a little more west of venice and not as deep of water. We dive in about 100-200ft of water. me and my buddies have been diving for a while now my personal best is 110ft dive on one breath and i have a 4:45 sec breath hold... pretty sweet we dont even fish any more just dive its way more of a chalenge then scuba diving and its more like hunting when you freedrive if you ever get the chance i would def recommend it
thats sooooooooooooooo cool! i have scuba fins/dive goggles that i use just to mess around with, water is pretty dark up here... but great for swim workouts (you can really fly) do yall use free/skin dive fins? longer, floppier i think right? still working on gettin the video uploaded but you will S$%& your pants when you see these guys! as far as im conserned yall are all trained killas!!!!!! =-) oh yeah, 100+ feet!!!!!!!! you are big time! and 4:45 breath hold is straight beastmode!
