The lease is 4500-5000 acres. You can hunt all year around for any legal species. There are deer, turkey, hogs and a few bears on this property. There is a place for you to keep a camper and it has running water but you will need a generator for electricity. We only allow 30 members every year. There are a few spots open next year.
