Any of you guys had any experience with this camera? Just bought one and was wanting to film a few bowhunts of myself and my inlaws this upcoming season. Nothing special..........just wanting to edit a few hunts and maybe make a video at the conclusion of the season. http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/st...storeId=10151&langId=-1&partNumber=HDRCX150/R
I haven't personally used that camera, but did look at picking one up for 2nd angles and other misc shots. Looks like a pretty decent little cam for the price. Like anything, the final quality is going to depend on how much you film and how steady/in focus the footage is. Provided you can do that, this camera should work fine for filming a few hunts.
Thanks Justin. It should arrive any day for me to start playing with it. Hopefully, it will do the minor league stuff that I want it to do. Gonna self film a few bow kills down here, a few kills of the inlaws and take it to Illinois come November. Now lets see if I can figure out all the editing software to put everything together.
Now THAT's the tough part! Anyone can learn how to point the camera and hit record. Putting it together and making it look good is a whole other story. Good luck with that. :D Where you hunting IL when you come?
[Where you hunting IL when you come?[/QUOTE] Brown County with Jason (220) and some of the NAP gang. Hunted up there last year and blew a shot on a 160" 10pt!!!!!!! Ashamed to say it was about a 5 yard chip shot and things went bad. I think I just threw up a little bit in my mouth thinking about it.
