I haven't been around the forums but for a minute here and there for a while so if you have had one of these threads lately... Than whatevs (think of Zach Galifianakis). I always liked the SOTW threads so I chose a few genres and linked some up, old school style. If you don't like my choices... Well you must be, . Alternative... Couldn't decide between the two, so you get both. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvcohzJvviQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__PU5CVSegg Alternative Metal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhRiP4CkvL0 Grunge http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hhu-OyHqZM Post grunge http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heQi0AZBH-0 Metal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkFqg5wAuFk Industrial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuoFiIFkdAA Rap http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bsg-q0JdgWU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWfbGGZE07M
I do miss the West coast at times...Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza, Fisherman's Wharf, Alameda Naval Base now home to Mythbusters and the dance scene...Seen the actual making of both videos. The MC Hammer video I was there when it was recorded. at the end near the stage dancing. The other I was watching from our ship. The Video was recorded in three different areas of the shipyard.
I have had the pantera song stuck in my head since this thread. I have that cd somewhere in my basement. Ice cube was good, but when he was with NWA, that was some kick *** rap. But my favorite back then was cypress hill.
Walk is hands down one of the best metal songs of all time. Lets kick it back to the greatest album of all time. Recorded before Incubus turned into a flaming bag of dung. Man, I miss these days.
