Ok my first post, 2nd year really bowhunting and love it. Been really trying to learn as much as I can but I came across something on my trail camera that baffles me. I'm in Pa it's late October found a rub and scrape line in the mountains not farmland. Two bucks together right over the scrapes. Why are they together or is it possible they are another bucks scrapes and rubs. See for yourself

Two deer in the woods... glad I could help. LOL

Bucks often travel together until the rut... even then they may continue to do so. I have seen groups of five or six together well into January.

Just two youngsters checking out daddy's scrape line. He boot 'em out when the time comes.

Youngsters stick together a fair amount from what I have seen. Once they hit 2.5-3.5 years old they might start separating.
