    ***UPDATED*** Somebody? ***UPDATED***

    Somebody want to buy my place? I'll knock it down to $230K for the house, steel barn, detached garage, and 34 acres with the 7 acre pond. I just knocked another $2K off the price. If it doesn't sell soon, the wife will be moving alone and I'll be here.

    The house is around 1800 sqft if you include the garcave (it was a family room, then a garage, and now a future man cave. But, it's like living in a park out here. Your own private "lake" (anything over 5 acres is considered a lake), an oak grove, native prairie and the nearest neighbor about 4/10th mile away.

    Ok, for the 34 acres, I just made the final drop (and edited the original post) down to $230k. Or I'll sell the Northern 21.5 acres with house, barn, and half the lake for $220K. Help me out folks!
