This is my familys land and its about 120 ac. The Blue is water the Red is the property line. Yellow is where I have two stands out now. Stand one I have out has tons of pic of does everyday but stand 2 has a few pic a does but at night. The land to the south is just field with tons of cows in it. if you have any ideas please help me out. Im going out this weekend and to take a look back by the power line on the left side. Good luck with scouting! Unfortunately I don't have enough experience as to provide much help. I'd maybe set up a trail cam a little further south of stand 1 to see if anything is moving in or out of that field closer to the property line. After a second glance at the property, I'd spend a little time checking out the property line to the left and right. It looks like your land is all wooded, but with fields all around you, I'm sure the diet is more than just acorns and berries. They should be moving in or out of those fields to feed. Like I said, I am by no means an expert, I'm trying to learn just like you.

    Few questions first.

Which direction is the predominant wind?

Can you access the property from any direction?

Do you know where the deer are bedding?

By just looking at the pic you have a pinch point where the 2 rivers meet and there is food to the south. I would start there.

So I just got back from doing some looking around.. I started by stand 2 and worked my way back down to the swamp area. I found that it is thick in there and I also found one big spot that was open and there was a what I think are crab apples all over the back side of this opening also tons of tracks to and from that area.
