Got my soil test back tonight from my buddy. The pH is a little low at 5.3, and calling for just under 300# of lime for my little plot. I also need to add 60# of both potassium (K) and phosphorus (P). I can buy lime in 40# bags, so that is taken care of. However my local store doesn't carry straight K or P. My buddy sells both, but only by the ton. Is there anywhere anyone would recommend to aquire these?
I would look for a fertilizer dealer in your area, they should have a P and K only mix of some sort they sell in 50 pound bags.
