    SmartWool Hunters. There's no other sock that comes close. When I'm wearing waders I put some hand knit wool socks over them = dry and toasty all day long.

    I rock TCK Slog Series Stamina socks. I really struggle with blisters while hiking so the Mohair wool did it for me.

    They normally sell for $17/pair but I can across a steal getting 18 pair for $85. These should last me forever with as many socks as I have. I took 4 pair to Alaska and cycled through them over a 12 day period. Even when they get soaking wet I STILL don't get blisters.

    I am 100% sold on em and will wear them for years to come.

    That's a great idea. My sister likes to knit, I think I will have her knit me a pair to see how they work!

    Thanks Sparrowhawk. I think I may try those as well as these (slightly higher wool content plus a little cheaper) and compare the two.
