Try to talk me out of my recurve. I have my Darton recurve up for sale in the classifieds. I'll take cash or trade or I might just give it away if you can convince me to do so. If I do give it away it has to be to someone that really wants a trad bow. I'm not posting this on HNI because I'd have 56,498 people asking for it and then I'd see it on e-bay. I don't think that would happen with the guys over here. I'm also open to the possibility of this becoming a loaner if someone just wants to try trad shooting. You just have to convince me. BTW, the reason I'm doing this is because I'm shooting my new longbow so well and enjoying it so much I just can't see me using the recurve much anymore.
If I would honestly and faithfully use the bow I would take you up on the offer. But I would feel guilty if I didn't have the time to practice with and become proficient with it. Man, we need to find a deserving individual to set up a beautiful bow with.....
I agree Bols! Hats off to Greg here in trying to make it happen. Not too many good folks like him left anymore.
Okay, we need to figure out some youth who is in grade school/high school that would be interested in getting this bow. Lets make it happen.
