I have ample evidence of "people of faith" denying gay rights. I have only seen a few cases where a gay couple sues because a church or establishment denies their request to marry within, and the court always agrees with the establishment.

But what about the churches that don't believe gay marriage is wrong? They are not concerned what, say the Catholics, believe to be wrong with gay marriage.

Same way you lump the religious community together. Funny how two way streets work that way isn't it?

When conservatives/religious communities vote en masse to deny gay rights, yeah, I'll lump them together.

Just leave them be, I bet when we allow marriage in all states, and they get equally rights, 99% of this BS goes away.
Fact there are far more wing nuts working against the gay community.

Anyone remember the studpid crap we said 50 years ago about equal rights?

yes it is. They are both man-made creations.

Interesting the difference between "collapse" being economic vs. some perceived moral issue.

This country started its real decline in the 80s. All working-class citizens of the US, whether you believe in some god or not, saw their 'american dreams' slip away all thanks to Reagan and the word "greed". Since then, the middle class has shrunk consistently and the upper and lower classes have ballooned. And during that same time, how many hundreds of thousands of jobs went overseas or to Mexico, all for the benefit of some CEOs and shareholders.

As a point of reference, this all happened WAAAAYYY before Barack Obama and the ACA.

Well lets see, those jobs going over seas and to the south has a lot to do with Clinton. Since Reagan, Liberals have been in office longer than Conservatives. So you can't blame all our problems on Conservative Presidents. Sorry, find another argument.

    I was just kidding.

We do have a lot more opportunities, and technology has skyrocketed. Much of that can be attributed to our Military and NASA. Their research has lead to some of our greatest technological leaps and bounds, and now our government wants to cut funding for both.
