I think she's the offspring of a doe that hangs out at my dad's feeders. That mature old thing can empty a tube feeder crazy fast. You can literally watch the seed level drop. Seems she's passing on her talent. Might be time to thin the behavior out of the heard next fall
I had the same problem, now my tube feeder is suspended by 80# monofilament about 3' higher. The deer will periodically hoover up the seed on the ground. Though "Summer", the matriarch of the herd, has an appointment with the deep-freeze come Sept.
Better then bear...they break the feeders, whatever is holding them, and anything that might smell like seed in the process. Awesome picture for sure!
