So police standoff on my porch

    I only got few hours sleep last night. At 1:10 am I heard a knock at my door. With my trusty Glock and no pants I did my best law and order moves to my front door, I flipped on the outside light and inside light, new rule is do not flip on the inside light also. Outside were two police officers. They saw me in full law and order mode. They ask me to lower my weapon, I replied with can I just go put my gun back in my safe and put my pants on, they said ok. I can back to the door showing my hands and open the door and let them in.

    It was not for me the visit, it was family related, but will leave that private.
