What's your take on Dustin Johnson's caddy leaving him to go to work for Tiger? Strikes me as a bit odd. Tiger hasn't shown us he can do anything. Heck... he even played crappy at Nota Bigays thing at Turning Stone earlier this month. Dustin on the other hand is at least competitive and plays more tournaments. Being our golf expert here I figure you must have something to say about it.
Tiger probably gave him a pretty good up front lump sum to drag him away from DJ. If he didn't and he's simply leaving DJ for Tiger than he's an idiot. It was all fine and dandy for a Tiger caddy to be with Tiger only playing 10 or so tournaments.... because he'd win more than half of them! He's not going to suddenly start playing more (which he should) and he's going to miss half the cuts and place outside top 10 (big money for caddies) in the others. DJ on the other hand plays a lot and is on the rise. Going to win a major and soon. I don't get it. The allure of being Tigers caddy is long gone. Maybe he just wants to know where the ladies at on the tour stops.
