The UN will once again propose (1Q13 or 2Q13) additional gun restrictions
, the US will veto. The last go, the Senate majority wouldn't approve any restrictions that infringe on 2nd amendment. Same thing should happen.

I don't know if this is a sign of the end or if the sky really is falling, but throughout history the great republics have cycled. From the beginning of time there have been great republics and empires that ruled for many years and they just cycled through. Maybe this is our cycle and we'll just have to fight through it and come back stronger.

 

Nothing wrong with that. I was watching the History Channel the other day and they were talking about how the great men of America had the ability to predict future trends and be waiting for opportunities when they came. Come on... that's why we sit in tree stands for days and days without seeing anything. We know an opportunity is coming and we want to be ready for it. Let's just not starve ourselves out of some irrational fear of being poisoned.

 

I see another Brady bill passing. Along with laws preventing online ammo sales, tracking and limiting amounts purchased.

There isn't a better country option out there, but I'm not going to sit back and watch this one go out the window.

In the form of a trade agreement, treaty, or executive order. All those can get through without congressional approval. Just look back at ACTA (Anti-counterfeiting trade agreement). Luckily that was crushed since so many of the current administrations backers were so adamantly against it.
