I wouldn't have a problem with someone hunting 10 yards off the property line, as long as they weren't shooting onto my land. That's my feeling on it.
There are no other hunters that hunt anywhere near there. The neighboring property is an Arboretum owned by a state college. It is a few hundred acres but hunting is not permitted on it, though I believe it is open to the public. There are hiking trails through it but are not used or maintained.
Then you may run into issues of shooting a deer (on your land) and having it run onto this property. If hunting is not permitted then they may not want you tracking and retrieving on it too. Just some things to think about, if you've not looked into it. EDIT: I see Matt beat me to it. If you can retrieve it without breaking the law then go for it.
I'd fill that ''blind''with fresh huge pile of horse or cow dung!I'd leave my name and phone # so they could call me and discuss the land problem, and their health insurance!
If you can find a CPO who says otherwise, send them to Knox county because the CPOs up there won't do anything about people shooting over onto other people's land.
I love hunting on the property lines and shooting neighbouring does with very young fawns, then using my Ninja stealth moves to retrieve it and eat it infront of the fawns. Then I take fawns home and kill them infront of my wife. Ninja style.
