Seth was on the Ultimate Fighter 2 and lost in the semi finals. He has fought in the UFC, getting beat by Matt Hamill and winning another fight before getting lured to Affliction. He isn't a nobody but definitely not a top caliber fighter and all he did was give Kimbo a nice short punch to the chops and dropped him. Kimbo would get killed against a guy like Randy Couture or Brock Lesnar. This was the main guy they have to promote and he got stomped by a fill in and they are playing Seth to be a nobody so you can say this will be a field day for Danna White then they talk to him about the fight.
Heck, it wouldn't take a Lesnar or Couture... I think Ken would have killed him in short order, too... and Ken's lost his, what? Last five fights? Kimbo was WAAAY overhyped, and MMA fans knew it. He doesn't have a CHANCE at making this a career.

Check out this load of crap. Here is the payout for the fight, Seth got crap and Kimbo made more than most of us will in the next 5-10 years for 14 seconds of work!! Seth Petruzelli ($50,000/win bonus was $15,000) def. Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson ($500,000/win bonus would have been $100,000) Seth got a total of 65,000.00 for taking down the goon and the goon got 500k for 14 seconds of humiliation! Arlovski also got 500k to show up and earned nothing for a win bonus.
I watched the fights to see Gina and Arlovski, two very skilled fighters imo. Gina vs Cyborg should be a knock down drag out fight.... I'd like to see Arlovski fight Fedor. As for Kimbo, he got caught like many stud UFC fighters have before, sure he's no top level MMA fighter.. but they can all get caught..and most have..

Fedor would crush Arlovski. Fedor is an animal and pound for pound one of the top 5 MMA fighters in the world if not in the top 3. Kimbo didn't even get hid that hard, watch the forrest griffin and stephen bonner ultimate fighter finale fight, now those guys beat the piss out of each other and threw shots a lot harder than Kimbo took and the fight went all the way to decision. Gina and Cyborg will be great! I still want to see Randy Couture and Fedor fight, that would be a solid fight to watch!
