Wear some orange while walking into or out of the woods during bowseason with no gun seasons going on? I didn't. I was hunting the Pataxant Wildlife Refuge in Md yesterday and was stopped on my way out at dark for not wearing any by the GW. He said the Refuge follows Md law and wrote me a warning. I only thought it was required during a co-incideing gun and bow season but it was bow only.

No, he said the refuge follows Md Law. When I have time I will have to research it.

    Bummer.

I get really annoyed when I have to wear orange during certain overlaps with fall turkey & our ealry ML seasons. Especially when they expect you to wear it in the dark going in & out of the woods.

One would think that a flashlight would suffice.

Only have to wear orange here in VA once the guns come out in the form of blackpowder.

Maybe the GW needs to be written a warning for being misinformed.
