As for your white trash location of a home. It's time for you to move. You're the one unhappy, they are not. I would say it is time to move on, it will get worse. As for a pitbull, it's not the dog it's the people. Some parts of society think they are a symbol and that part of society has a hard time keeping all of their teeth, let alone training a dog. The other parts of society that own a pitbull, train their dogs and generally have no issues. Sure some pitbulls bite even from the best of situations, but so do all of the other breeds.
If I can snap pictures of my hot neighbor in her two piece in the back yard surely you can snap a picture while going for a walk or while driving by.
I don't think moving as so many others have stated is the answer because that's how whole neighborhoods turn to ****. I would file every type of complaint with the city as possible until they move or they burn the house down. The guy across the street from me is the *** of the hood but he keeps his lawn mowed but the only problem with that is he does at 6:30 Sunday mornings. If he don't stop that **** by the time the GTG gets here he is going to find one of Justins arrows in his tire.
My neighborhood is a historically well established neighborhood. I don't think things are going to get worse. 99.9% of the neighborhood is great, it just so happens that the one family that sucks moved in 4 houses down from me.
