Takes about 4 hours with 3 or 4 guys. It's around 120' long. Big T section at the end(heavier than heck), steps, flagpoles, gadgets, etc... and the boat hoist. A real pain in the *** to be honest. Took it out last October and stored neatly on the shore. The lake never froze and isn't going to now. What a waste of time that was. Next decent day I'm treating myself to putting it back in. Seems like just yesterday.
You just wanted to brag about how big your dock is. Sounds nice, though. I know its been a mild winter, but what kind of temps does it take for it to freeze? Is it spring or river fed?
Yo Actually it's a pain in the butt being so long. Needs to be that long though to get in 3-4 feet of water. Worst spot on the lake as far as that goes. Other side of the lake you're in 40 feet of water 20 feet off shore. Not exactly sure what kind of temps other than cold for a period of time lol. I can count on one hand the number of days it's been below freezing all day. First time I can ever remember it not freezing at all. It's river fed, 14 miles long by 2 miles wide. Nice streams to fly fish. Except I dont' fly fish.
Rolling around in a turtle pool filled with applesauce doesn't really count as a real fight. Just an FYI.
