    I can't believe I'm about to take up for Bama here...but players contacting agents on their own regard is something kinda out of the hands of the coaches. I don't really consider this type of stuff "cheating", but they are definitely NCAA violations, and big ones at that. This is similiar to the Reggie Bush stuff.
