I have had one probably close to 8 months and the first one I got worked about 2 months then took about 4 months to get someone with them to help me get mine replaced. Now that I have a new one that they sent it worked about a month and hasn’t worked since and of course no one will answer emails or phone calls. I met the owner at an outdoor show in Okc and he was very short and basically said his business has just gotten so big customer service has been a struggle. My opinion is your business is only as good as your customer service and I own two companies myself. Rant is over and it’s safe to say I wasted money but hopefully this can save someone else from making the same mistake.
