Some things I witnessed on my commute this morning: Numerous people with their ice scrapers in hand, reaching out the window trying to scrape their windsheild, while driving 30 on a snow covered highway. On one section of HWY 94 it is normally 4 lanes... This morning on that same stretch there were 5 lanes of traffic. Absolute chaos.
