Hey Everybody!!! Does anyone here hunt with a Snow Camo bow? I know that deer and most mammals see in black and white and some shades of blue and purple. If you do hunt with a Snow Camo bow? How effective is it for you?

The new Lost Camo OT is awesome, as is the Realtree snow. I think snow camo bows look great, although i'm unsure if i'd actually like it year round. I'd probably do a black riser with Realtree snow limbs on anything in the Hoyt lineup

I think snow camo bows look awesome, but I don't think I'd buy one myself. I seen a carbon spyder turbo that was just plain white, I liked the look of that even more than snow camo.

That looks awesome. Did you have to get it dipped or does bowtech make em in white?

I think snow camo bows look sharp, have a Carbon Spyder 30 that is snow and an HTR on order in the Lost OT. Animals really don't give a flip what color the bow is as long as it's not a glossy finish to reflect light. Lots of sun rays trickle through the trees onto branches and tree trunks most of the time. Animal will likely see the movement of drawing first before seeing if it matches in or not. It boils down to a preference thing.

A blaze orange bow would be just as effective as far as the deer are concerned. The camo is definitely just a hook for hunters. Movement is what gets you busted. Not the color of the bow.
