    Elite energy, elite impulse and Matthews chill x are the 3 smoothest drawing bows I have shot

    I've shot a lot n there are some ok ones but Elite hands down is the winner. Best thing is they all seem smooth. The impulse I shot felt a little tougher but it was a demo bow n set way too long, not a fair test. The rest you almost push to let down n drawing there is nothing even slightly erratic.

    by far the slowest though. A guy would shoot one good arrow w crossbow n another guy would be looking to get his arrows back from the target. It's also like doing aerobics to cock n shoot one w all the ups n downs n the things are kinda cumbersome so instead of bad shoulders you wind up w a tweaked back.

    A buddy of mine is getting up in age and still shoots a great deal. He recently started talking about the rave reviews of the Xpedition Xception.....a single cam design that has an IBO of 328. Supposed to be buttery smooth draw and sounds like it would be right up your alley. Hope your biceps heals in time for season.

    Granted I haven't shot a lot of bows out there, but for me, it's hard to believe it gets any smoother then my HTX.
