We often end up over at the neighbors at the fire pit and the neighbor always offers me a bud or coors light, I always say I will be right back and go grab a real beer, I want to get there driving over the speed limit not saving gas riding a moped.

I can drink Busch Light, Bud Lite, Budweiser, Busch, Moosehead, Heineken, Corona(with or without lime), Lienenkeugels(sp?)(multiple brews), Red Stripe, Bad Frog, Red Dog, Natural Lite(in a pinch), MGD, Miller Lite, the list goes on.

I can adjust to the times, location or bar

I will not drink Stag or Old Milwaukee regardless of best or not.

I may have just had a break through for a custom/original BBQ sauce.

Experiments shall start this weekend, feeling confident though!

Have a bit of gut burn at the moment though

If it is just adding some grape jelly to Head Country BBQ sauce I've already beat you there... but I'm now on to adding apricot preserve and hot pepper jelly.

This awesome tube is....awesome. Just trying my hand at some ribs with the 3 2 1 method and threw the awesome tube in for effect. Basically it just adds smoke for pellet smokers. I started kind of late and these won't come off for another 3 hours, but it is still fun to try new stuff on this thing. Tomorrow I'm smoking a pork butt. Yee ha. 20210407_174359.jpeg

How long that tube smoke for?

I have an open "snake" type that goes about 5 hours.

I think mine claimed up to six hours when packed completely full, but until today I've only filled it about half to 3/4 full and got about 3 to 4 hours. So it might do 6 hours by that estimate. I am doing a pork butt now and I loaded it for what I hoped would be a little better than 3 hours of smoke and it is right on track. I started late for stupid reasons.

One of my buddies has one that is adjustable that he loves, but I couldn't find it. He used to cater bbq and has some really useful tips and tricks and the tubes for pellet grills/smokers is a big plus. (Allegedly)
