surprisingly enough, it's been pretty easy. I bought a tin of skoal bandits and had one a day to get rid of the edge then bought the herbal snuff. not the greatest thing in the world but it helped. Also got a few of my friends to get on the bandwagon with me, so you are in a sense, helping 4 other guys get off of it
